Free, science-backed tips to boost your wellbeing

From better sleep and nutrition to healthier habits and mindset, RSL Be:Well helps veterans improve their wellbeing – free.
How would you rate your wellbeing?
If your sleep, mood, fitness or general wellbeing could do with a boost, there’s a free online program that can show you the best way forward.
Created by RSL Queensland and Gallipoli Medical Research (GMR), RSL Be:Well is specifically designed for current and ex-serving Defence members.
It turns the latest veteran health research into simple, effective tools and insights aimed at improving your physical and mental health.
“It’s a simple and interactive way to understand some of the common challenges many veterans face, and take proactive steps to manage those challenges,” RSL Queensland Deputy CEO – Veteran Services Troy Watson explains.
“It’s important to note that RSL Be:Well isn’t a substitute for seeking help, but if you’re a veteran wanting to better your health and wellbeing, RSL Be:Well gives you the tools to get started.”
